We, at Bachpan Banao, invite passionate contributors for their valuable contributions in multiple capacities under variety of roles for the empowerment of public education system of Dantewada district (South Bastar, Chhattisgarh). We are looking for co-planners, co-learners, co-workers, facilitators, and catalysts.

Depending on your interest, competencies and community needs, we will have to design role and responsibilities for each one of us. But a rough sketch of nature of work is described for various broad roles. If you find the description interesting – let’s spend sometime knowing each other little better.

Suggested process for mutually agreeing to work together:

2. One round of telephonic conversation with the contributors with suitable contributors

3. Suitable contributors are invited to visit and contribute for a short period to check feasibility and avenues for further long term contribution at Dantewada.

Compensation: Commensurate with the individual’s competencies, experience and needs.

Although we would love to have experienced professionals but even committed freshers/young graduates can also who have to determination and commitment to serve the nation and society.
